E.  How To Correct A Shade If Going Up Crooked

      1.       Check to see if the brackets are installed level.  If not reinstall brackets
      2.       If step 1 does not cure the problem, proceed with the following:

Remove the shade (in the completely rolled up position) from the brackets.  Before doing so, make a note of which side the shade is rolling up towards.

Roll the shade out on a table until the roller is exposed. Where the fabric touches the roller, on the side opposite to which the shade was going up on an angle, place a three inch piece of masking tape lengthwise along the fabric.  Re-roll the shade and place back in the brackets.  This procedure might have to be repeated with additional tape.

Please note:  All spring roller shades should be guided up and down straight by the operator.  This is particularly true if the height of the window is more than two and one half times its width.
